1. Order Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement, provided they have not been processed or shipped.

2. Refunds

• Refunds are issued only for:

  • Orders canceled before shipping

  • Defective or incorrect products received (with proof)

• Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.

3. Return Conditions

• Items must be returned unused and in original packaging within 3 days of delivery.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. No Refund Scenarios

• Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling

• Returns initiated after the specified return window
